Death Knights

need more mobility. They are the slowest class in the game right now and they are really slow.

Take %15 mobility (https://www.wowhead.com/spell=199921/trailblazer) from huntars and give it to the Death Knights as a baseline to balance the game. Rework all Death Knight specs if needed.

Or make death grip mobility spell if its hit ground.

Double grip, Abomination Limb and ranged spammable 70% chains.

Death’s Advance and Wraithwalk which ignores all mechanics including Spear of Bastion/Vortex/Static Field Totem/etc. DKs quite literally go where they please.

They are slow, but not immobile. Slow and immobile are too different things.

Why do people want class homogenization so bad, DKs have tons of unique tools compared to the mobility of a monk or DH, and that’s what makes them cool

Fantasy behind DK - things come to him unlike other heros they have to run to stuff to hit em.

Yeah exactly, if you look at their class fantasy, Abomination Limb, Anti Magic Zone, Death and Decay cleave, Death Grip x2, AOE 70% spammable ranged slow (chains), everything about the DK is designed to “you stay here with me in MY area and you will die”.

And if you try to keep the DK from walking to you with static field totem, vortex, spear of bastion, and other mechanics that other classes have to bubble or just do nothing about aside from /cry, he simply presses wraith or death’s advance and goes where he pleases.

It’s a COOL fantasy. That’s not to say DKs are in the best spot right now, they have been nerfed every single patch since the expansion started and dampening ruins death strike, they could definitely use a small buff to their defensives and maybe some of the dmg nerfs reverted but their mobility or slowness is not the problem, that’s literally their fantasy and they have so many tools to deal with it.

I have been considering DK as my main, I guess I have to look elsewhere.

I am pretty happy with DKs having “Deaths Advance” (boosts movement speed up to 130% iirc and most importantly prevents while charged to be slower than 90% base speed which is huge passive) and Wraithwalk.

I assume because of the many action RPG games out there.

DeathKnight’s class fantasy is to make other classes’ experience as miserable as possible. “I might be slow but you’ll be even slower with my cc UwU”

This always makes me laugh in arena when I play my DK alt, luckily I am not clown enough to spear other dks when I play my warrior main.

Who needs mobility when you can solo +20 tyrannical bosses? Obviously not timing the dungeon, but still. DKs are compensated for their lack of speed by their inability to die in tank spec.

I was doing a +5 on my fistweaving alt healer. Had a geared dk as tank. Came second in overall healing done in the dungeon:P
