He’s talking about the debuff you get when you die on world bosses most likely? Or maybe res sickness, idk.
The debuff on world boss makes you unable to release spirit and you have to lie dead waiting for the raid to kill the boss.
Use the time to look up tactics so you don’t die to easy stuff again?
Ah yeah, yesterday Maldraxxus World Boss one shotted my happy priest because when tank died i was second on threat table, i’ve spent almost 50% of boss health dead but was awarded with waist 207ilvl
thats why you dont dps too hard and make sure to use other people as meatshields
Or watch the namplate change colour and press “fade”
that does not permanently lose your aggro right? its better to watch your dps and use randoms as meatshields
It’s 10 seconds but you can use those 10 seconds to lose lose aggro and giggle at the people your actions killed.

I’m glad i have feign death on my hunter, i dont have to hold back my dps and when i’m getting aggro wich is often i just let it go
Fade completely drops aggro for its duration, unless you’re solo’ing… then it’s useless unless you pop out a shadow fiend to be targeted instead.
