Death Strike nerfed in pvp now?

That is the case, Yes.
It’s not new either.

After BFA Death Strike was unnerfed in pvp. In SL it was 11% in instanced pvp. I’m wondering if this change applies to all % based heal abilities in the game or just Death Strike.

All tank healing has been reduced in Pvp content afaik.
This happened about a month ago, due to the imbalance off tanks (and the negative feedback about them) in Solo Shuffle.
