Death Strike Weak Aura

Does anyone know of or how to make a weak aura to track damage taken in the last 5 seconds to help prompt the best usage of death strike?

I would find this incredibly helpful but can’t work out if it’s possible to track… I can’t find anything like this online either… I need Luxthos to look into it XD
