The soon bit is confusing. The anniversary date is about Nov 23, which is when the time to start this should be available. From there I read it is simply kill 9 bosses in a LFR then it’s yours. At least that is what I found online info wise.

Some said it would be up, but the CE box for the 15th anniversary doesn’t even open up for pre-orders until October 8th on Amazon etc.
