Why the hell should I get punished with a 30 min Dungeon Deserter buff because during a expedition I get kicked due to some idiot leader who was quietly disgruntled by not having everyone wanting to just focus doing his bosses? I put more Azerite into the pot than anyone else yet I get a debuff because the self righteous idiot didn’t like someone not shadowing his worthless butt.
So, how the hell is it justifiable for my one and only evening playing wow to get ruined by receiving a Dungeon Deserter by some power hungry idiot who didn’t like seeing someone not do things his way. I would understand it if I quit the group, but I didn’t, I was kicked.
As much as it’s a pain in the (explicit language removed) if you are kicked unfairly it’s there to punish griefers I think and there is no way to tell the difference between fair kicks and unfair kicks.
Nice to know there is someone on my side Although as a software engineer I understand the need to avoid unnecessary code which slow the whole process down, maybe they should implement the amount of Azerite collected to determine if a player is suitable for being kicked. With just three in a group I’m not sure what the requirements are to get someone kicked, but it seemed quite easy.
TBH, ie is worthless content (as for group play) and very susceptible to abuse.
Even the goals of ppl are totally opposite, yet they have to work together? Its non sens.
And any 2 can kick a third. Very easy to do.
So far ive been lucky, only got kicked once, bc i was healer and another healer initiated the votekick. Bad luck getting in one with 2 healers. It happens.
I completely agree on what you say. I’m DPS and usually at the top of the stats when it comes to damage. Even so, it’s like all those stats are ignored when some control freak gets a free to inflict what is a thirty minute freeze buff on an innocent player. It’s this sort of unfair control of play which has long term players like myself think about quitting for good, something almost all but one of my friends have already done.
I love IEs, they’re a lot of fun.
at first I hated it, but they did some fixes and Im enjoying it lowkey now.
