THE BIGGEST flaw with interface !

Like many NON COMBAT PASSIVE buffs who stays for long period of time/always up anything longer than 1 min should be considered such buff.
For Example
Right now i have 8 buff slots taken which do not provide useful combat gcd to gcd gameplay/thinking change literally pointless having them show in buffs.

Litearlly 8 slots take from buff space and just totally useless info for combat/takes space.
Can we have option to hide such things in some specail 1 buff which would hide like all of them under it ?
NO IDEA WHY IT WAS REMOVED.
