Hey, i’ve tried everything i found so far, yet no success. Got some fps drops in open world and dungeons, but those are bearable - main and biggest issue are raids. From over 200fps before pull it drops to around 20-30 in fight. Settings does nothing, same on 10 and on 1, tried to play without addons - didnt work. Even reinstalled whole game. Still nothing. I play on rtx2080s, i7 9700k (OCed to 5,0) 32gigs of ram, wow is on m.2 ssd. All drivers are up to date, system aswell. 1920x1080 res 144hz monitor. I usualy have black desert running in a tray while i play wow - but it does not affect my frames, same with and without BDO running. Temps on GPU and CPU are fine, gpu around 67-72⁰C cpu up to 60⁰C. Pls halp

While your CPU is still pretty solid for most modern game engines, WoW is very much singlethreaded where it counts (combat, addons etc).
That means your CPU is showing it’s age since there has been significant increases in IPC over the generations till today.
My 5800X3D is dropping to the 50s on some bosses in Aberrus depending on the amount of players, addons, comp etc.
I think even with the fastest CPU in WoW (the 7800X3D) you will drop below 60 at some point, not even talking about world events (lowest at a goblin spawn was like 27 FPS with several raids of players) 
So you are at my fps with several raids of players on screen where on my screen is 15 players, in instance, not in open world. Its wasnt like this in 10.0, nor beggining of 10.1, it started like week ago for me
Yeah because my CPU is almost twice as fast in WoW as yours, that’s to be expected.
Here is a “benchmark” for DF CPU performance, not in raids or events ofc but you can still see the relative performance of the CPUs tested:
Seems weird, did you update your windows or drivers or anything at the same time perhaps that could have an impact?
I started updating stuff after the problem occured, after contacting support i deinstalled all addons, not just disable them and my frames went up to 70ish fps, so i guess addons werw the problem
So you reinstalled the game but copied your addons folder over oder did you try with a clean install first?
The only way to play this game currently is to not play at all so they are finally forced to fix their spaghetti code mess
Just play Diablo 4 
I’m gonna be hunting for streamers not playing D4, will be a good couple of months before things turn back to normal…
