I tried join my DH for TW Black Temple for drop weapon.
My DH is 425ivl. Is it damn low???
425 is low yes, but there is always at least 1 “nice guy” group that will take anyone, just keep trying unfortunately.

you can get 430’s from normal M0’s and 425 is standard drop from tw dungeons, so ofcourse pugs will prefer people to have higher ilvl than what drops simply because it’ll make the run faster and easier in theory.
Best advice is just make your own group 
Use a high ilevel character? It sounds like you have one. Although ilevel scales down to BT levels anyway so it shouldn’t matter. The group probably had too many Demon Hunters like they always do.
A lot of people think you need to kill Illidan on a Demon Hunter/the character with the Warglaives to unlock them for transmog but this isn’t true.
You can have the Warglaives on a Warrior and kill Timewalking Illidan on a Mage and you’ll be fine.

425 is extremely low.
Anything less than 450 is kind of a sign that you’re not even playing your character.
Remember you’re competing for spots with people who are 460+. Its irrelevant if the content is doable at 425.

Or it’s still relatively fresh 
But yeah, 425 is low, all things considered, and there will be thousands of demon hunters who all want that mog - and have better gear. Can’t blame a pug for choosing the 465 over the 425.
As ever, best advice is always to either make your own group, or join up with a community who does the sort of content you like so you can run events with them.
If it’s the Warglaive transmogs you want be aware of that you can do it on any other class that can use the original Warglaives of Azzinoth and which have the achievement to collect those glaives. So in short you don’t have to do it on your Demon Hunter to get the mogs, if that’s what you want.

yes its very low. you should be at least 460+ if you plan to pug succesfully

Black temple is done using old legendaries.
All you ilvl npcs are 
“we” havent dont black temple exapt for doing it 1 time when timewalking BT was released for DH glavies transmog because there is no point to because gear is garbage.
“we” do know though how pug mentality look like
so "you " can either think we are clowns and be forever stuck in que or make your own group

Think of it this way, of the 20 dh’s who sign up is the leader going to take a 465 dh or a 425 dh, regardless of scalling, you as the leader would do the same thing too. You’re going to take the higher ilvl. Just make your own group if you want to do it on your dh, but as others have said, you don’t need to do it on your dh.
