I wanted to find an addon that would tell me when there’s a curse on myself or my target or maybe even nearby friendly non targets and I was directed to Decursive, so I tried it, but I haven’t noticed anything showing me what I’m after. It says it doesn’t need any configuration (it’s supposed to configure itself automatically) in the description and is supposed to give visual and audio alerts when someone has a curse which can be removed. Can anyone help?
How did you check it? As in, are you sure there were removable curses that would’ve shown up?
(Just a helping question, I hope. I have these things as part of ElvUI’s unit frames. Not a thing to use to just show removable curses.)
As far as friendly non-targets go, most addons will only consider your party, I think.
Blizzard’s built-in raid frames should be able to show you all the curses on the friendly targets and highlight them. You need to use the raid-style party frames and enable the “Show Debuffs” part.
Well tbh no, although in a few bgs, I would have thought there’d be at least one. It may have done something that I didn’t notice though I guess.
Problem is I don’t know what the removable curses are or what their icons look like.

If I recall correctly, dispellable curses will have a purple outline around their icons.

Decursive was plug and play for me. Any warlocks in the bg? Thats when your most likely to see them. If not try altador (the mobs before the boss on the right hex), opulence in BoD hexes too or ask a warlock to kill you in a dual with his dots.
Yeah it’s actually working ok. I just wasn’t sure what I should have been looking for, but then found a video tutorial.
