While on ptr DRE was changed to a % chance on maelstrom spent (for both specs), one change that was made in the previous patch seems to be missing.
The bad luck protection that was in place seems to be missing, making the talent once again prone to heavy swings in rng.
Can we have the bad luck protection back please? It was one of the good changes made.

Dre is trash since latest patch for enha. Seems still gonna be the same.
Yes since that is not changed. But it is the same thing with elemental, it sucks for them too.
The proc needs its bad luck protection and to be balanced against ascendance.
