Defensive cooldown's

It’s very situational when you press a cd but when you feel pinned down, or your healer gets cc’d. Press a cd for it. When your healer engages back into a fight, you already saved time there and healer doesn’t need to sweat backing up the pressure.

Here few examples.

Something about the game: Some classes start to do heavy dmg after 35% and this is a multiplier you need to be aware of.

  • 10 % HP ( enemy go countered by Die by the Sword ) [ Execute range ] Defensive usage negative.
  • 20 % HP ( enemy go countered by Unending Resolve ) [ Execute range ] Defensive usage negative.

Using defensives above 35% mark is the most healthier place for a healer to react into lost health or even over 50% and higher.

Next time when you que into an arena, take these notes with you.

Also very honorable mention about Warrior Charge mechanic. If you stay within a Warrior’s charge range you do minimalize cababality of the warrior to stay on top of you. Moving out from this range ( under 8 yards ) will punish immensely and gives the Warrior more changes to finish you off.

if you are like many visiting the pvp sections of forum you start pressing defensive cds whenever you see post related nerfs on your class, and when you feel there is class doing too good against you, you start pressing offensive cds against the said class
