It has been while I hadn’t played a good RPG game since the release of vanilla wow so that I want to get back to WoW again. my questions are is warrior class still weak ? is warrior class good in the new expansion? Are servers still low pop?

I can’t answer for the warrior, i never play one. There are some released info on classes, but untill beta is nearly done and things have been balanced, classes are opt to change untill Shadowlands come out.
When it comes to realm pop, some realms are low pop, but if you want one with loads of people, Draenor is the realm to go for for horde and Silvermoon for alliance.
The lvling experience is about to change in Shadowlands, but only you can know if you should wait or not with comming back.
We are still people playing while we wait

I’ll just add: Why do you think Warriors have been weak in BfA? I’ve seen no signs or talk about that.

They aren’t dominating in Arena, if that’s what you mean, maybe?
I am on Silvermoon but the thing is when vanilla came out server was at low pop, and I couldn’t find any people to do raid or mythic.
I mean port tank was good, but arm is bit of kind of weak in raid or mythic. i mean it is impressive to see arm was on second dps thb maybe good gears i guess !
That is not the same now.
That may not be the class but something else a little more personal.
i guess i come back and farm gold for my subscription so that i save some money when i buy the new expansion
