And here I tought my obvious humorous hyperbole was obvious enough.
Alas, I just want to say that I am aware, that 4% can’t possibly be a million Dracthyr with our current active player count.
I simply used the humorous hyperbole as a stylistic means to express that I will probably be a Dracthyr-main no matter how many players actually play them.
i never played evoker or Dracthyr but i must say
as a paladin player i should say that killing them in pvp is so good and satisfying
they die fast and when you are trying to get them they jump and fly a bit and this gives you passion for killing them.
To be fair, the spaceship is still a jarring oddity. An awful lot of alien technology suddenly arrived and felt very out of place to people who’s only experience of Warcraft was vanilla WoW.
Oh I agree that the spaceships from TBC and Legion were a stretch when it comes to the Genre, but on the other hand, it’s not entirely out of place since we were aware of the existence of other worlds in the Warcraft Universe.
But even in Vanilla World of Warcraft, the steampunk theme was super present:
Guns
Dwarven tanks
Gyrocopters
Gnomerang
Stormwind - Ironforge Tram
Giant battleship held by the Defias Brotherhood
Airships
Like, the game was literally loaded with it ever since they introduced it with Warcraft 2.
It was pretty wild to be honest but I think it was precisely the amount of wird and not fitting it needed to actually feel like an alien race just crashed there
