They don´t need to be gatering to do that, though, just standing somewhere fully accomplishes this task

I think they realized that they cannot fish or herb with eye beam with satisfying results, so they abandoned those professions.
That are all thing that could be handled by treating the dragon form like DH treat there demon form.
Let the evoker be in visage and then only temporarily transform them when the ability is used.
Evoker is a very interesting class mechanic wise it’s just unfortunate that it’s bound to a rather unique race.
That’s the perfect solution. Everyone can do it like they want everyone wins.
They’re going to appeal to the player character and offer them coin and/or vendor gear and/or rep and because we are but slaves to the eternal grind we will take them up on that offer.
