Have you checked for FAQs or other self help resources online?
Tech Support will generally ask you to try the above first and then get you do a scan / repair and if that fails do a complete re-install.

I did. Deleted Interface folder resetted ui. Every Time i’m on my main character it doesn’t work.
Whats going on? I cant even reply to Gram. I get a Message telling me im impolite or something. What is this? I’m so confused here.

It doesn’t allow you to do two posts in a row when it’s your own thread for some reason. You might be able to if you change your Character but that’s a bit of faff.

I believe their thinking is that you shouldn’t hog the thread and let others post. So you can’t post 2 or more comments in a row when it’s your own thread. Their wording isn’t very clear so I’m assuming this is their intention.
I think their approach isn’t very helpful at times as there may be situations where you need to post twice in a row. And they don’t prevent it in other threads.

Their wording isn’t very clear, opens a lot leadway to interpretation for some individuals. Sounds like 1932.
is this about addons? or the base UI?

I deleted all addons. Reset UI. Did rename the folders. Nothing changed. I deleted and reinstalled the entire game before. couple of times.
What is happening in game when you log in?
Are you missing some UI features? Are you not able to do some actions?
Does this happen on all characters or just on one?

Advanced Troubleshooting
If you continue to have errors, an addon or macro may have changed a console variable. You can reset this by typing the following command into your in-game chat box and pressing enter. You may receive a permission error, but the command will still work.
/console cvar_default
I presume that didn’t work either?
What exactly is the problem. Stuff is in the wrong place or you can’t see things?

Only on my mainchar. When i logg with any rondom char its working.
So it’s unlikely to be an issue with your WoW installation. It’s going to be with your settings for that character.
What is going wrong, are you not seeing something? Are you unable to do something?

Cant see Chat. Cant see people. With or without pvp on.
have you tried turning it on manualy in the addons tab?
can you see the base ui?

I did ingame default interface and social. Still stuck. Im so sorry bothering you guys. rly rly grateful. You people are nice. Thank all of you. I’m honestly trying.

'fraid I run a fairly standard UI so I’m not very familiar with tweaking it.
All I can suggest is going into Edit Mode or the Options menu and seeing if you can figure it out.
In Edit Mode you can save the UI configuration. I suggest logging into a character where UI is working ok and in Edit Mode save this as Good UI and on the character that isn’t working load Good UI in Edit Mode there.
There’s a drop down top left of Edit Mode which I think is fairly intuitive.

Is it possible your in a phased mode due to some quest in your log?
I remember there’s a bug that causes that and required you to speak to an NPC but that was for Horde characters. Is the effected character Horde?
