Delete Rogues

When you have to play a class that auto stuns your target for 8+ seconds every 25 seconds in order for you to manage to win

Doesnt that mean you suck at pvp?

Remove this whole class from the game. It attracts only the biggest losers.

Remove cat druid while you’re at it.
Feral is toxic in PvP and garbo in PvE.

How about balancing things instead of removing them?

tried that for 17 years or how long has it been?

point is you cannot balance their kit to be fun to play against.
but we could give kidney the db treatment and put it as deep talent with 45s cd ehehe
never happeing though

I always blame Scamzzard for not reading forums, but then I see topics like this and I suddenly understand their reasons to ignore it.

i hate rogues my self, but i dont think they have to be deleted, just balanced properly, in my opinion blizzard are unsure of how to deal with rogue , because of its synergy with mage (same with mage), but in my opinion it definitely can be balanced better than they are doing. For example in my opinion 1 good starting point would be to not be able to sap after blind..

Every rogue-spec is getting nerfed for season 4. Outlaw gets nerfed by invigorating dust getting 50% nerf, Assa rog gets sepsis gutted and sub gets eviscerate nerfed.

obviously everyone knows that nobody is deleting rogues anyways^^

just having fun on the forums till DF as the game currently is not a lot of fun for me

Do I need to ? Would that bring value to any ongoing conversation ?

If you are interested in my personal opinion you have but to ask.

I am glad to discuss when there is something worth discussing. Exchanging words with stupid who likes to make hate posts with no substance while being unable to play his own class (which I myself got to Elite+ on several specs multiple times including his main one) won’t lead anywhere.

Some thoughts about the nerfs and its implications would be nice

Ok.

Sub nerf : they targeted the correct issue, animacharged Eviscerates hit way too hard for the effort it requires (you don’t even have to get full Combo Points since the 2nd and 3rd one are empowered also …). However the nerf is too ligh because Sub already hits people for 40k, which will be 36k with a 10% nerf, and that is too high for one instant hit that can be spammed. Indeed the set bonus can proc Shadowstrike, allowing you to simply spam Eviscerate without even having to use one global to get onto another blue combo point, because the procced Shadowstrikes do it for you in between yout two globals.

Assa nerf : well it won’t be the first time that I say that Necro assa is by far the superior Assa spec (a fact proven by both AWC and ladder, and also I was well ranked on the 3v3 assa ladder before I dropped this week to play with friends because of the imminent reset, and I do fairly well in 2v2 so I know what I am talking about), so the nerf to Sepsis doesn’t change anything at all to how good Assa is because it was already not played if you wanted to play Assa to its best. However Sepsis was fun when you could push others to mistakes (didn’t work against really good players), and it is a bit of a shame that they nerf a fun way to kill just because the 1.6 crybabies can’t handle dying to it once every 1.5-2min when windwalkers do worst every single minute on an entire team while Assa is limited to one target and can be dispelled, but windwalkers don’t have a yellow class color so hey, less hate. So, yeah, this nerf doesn’t nerf Assa at all, just kills a fun build because noobs can’t accept that they are actually noobs (sorry but well, at one point it has to be said not nicely).

Outlaw nerfs : to this day I am still wondering if this is some sort of elaborate joke we are too stupid to understand from blizzard. There was an average of above 2 Outlaw Rogues per games in the final stages of the cross region because of Liquid, and for the entire S3 AWC there was never a game without Outlaw, often games with two, sometimes with three. And the answer to this is to NOT NERF ANYTHING INSIDE THE SPEC ITSELF. I don’t understand how someone with an education can think it is a smart choice and a good idea. Nerfing the Vanish legendary sure is an acceptable start, but Outlaw performs almost just as well with two other legendaries, so people now will play that, and the spec has not been nerfed at all while it plagues every bracket up until the finals of a pro circuit, great job. Not to mention that it feels really stupid to me that such a nerf happens because not so long ago a guy was talking on the Rogue discord, claimed to be a dev behind the ideas of rogue trees gathering feedback, the discussion went on and ended up on current Outlaw in PvP and I remember very well that myself and at least one other guy with exp told him why it was so overpowered and what to change, to which he answered that he disagreed with how broken it is (lmao btw, look awc look ladder, delusional people I swear), and then said that nerfing a legendary wasn’t an option because some people spent time farming it and paid for it and would feel bad. End of the matter is, they nerf only one legendary amlngst three, and leave the spec untouched. Truly a wonder.

What do you think Outlaw will go with now then for leggo? or what would you go with?

Greenskin probably. Maybe this one sometimes still.

So THIS is why they took two years to nerf craven?

Doesnt greenskin still have the bug that if you proc set bonus it eats the proc but not empower it?
