I am the friend that the person decided to call a nonce because I refused to give him art due to constantly harassing me a week prior. Here is things I’ve collected so far. (I am only dipping in to show this because I don’t like forums.)
As for the name, he mentions his name publicly in his Deviantart account aka;

Therefore he already admits his first name.

I was a bit rude though! Though he was triggering my anxiety heavily. As much as people can be horrific, sometimes not wise to sit and go all salt mode to them.
Not wise, but those feelings of fight or flight can be horrendous to deal with. Nobody would begrudge you for lashing out when you’re in that state of mental hell.
And, frankly, they deserve it. A few harsh words towards them are a lot less than what they’ve done to our server.

It is still disgusting to call someone a nonce for declining to give free stuff, they don’t know the person behind the screen nor do they know words like that can actually trigger PTSD.
It’s disgusting outright to accuse anyone of something so serious without proof; behaviour like the OP’s toward other people can ruin someone else’s life.
In fact, when I seen it? It caused me a panic attack. I knew for a fact due to the accusation, it’s a lot harder for me to prove my innocence since… And some people on AD will take their words without proof.
I mean, I am obviously not a nonce and my family/friends/ friends online know that but outside? Luke could quite frankly make my mental hell a lot worse.
Just remember – the onus is on the accuser to provide proof, not the accused. If anyone tries to suggest otherwise - or worse, believes otherwise - they’re not worth your time/effort.
And again, that word is not something to just throw around. Even stated it can hit players a lot harder than you think which is why I am extremely sickened by the fact they thought it was fine to ever try and use it as a tactic for being simply denied free art.
If this is the same guy then they send weird messages to quite a few people - seen logs from them flagged up in the PCU chat several times. They always seem to be after something / always go on about getting people blacklisted from some discord or other at the end before returning even more angrily on another would-be anonymous alt (as Gallvin can tell you …)
I don’t really get what the endgame is, though - like who actually buys TRP profiles and why is getting a sketch of a character so important to go to such surreal lengths

Exactly, I don’t understand why he’d go through such lengths - In the end it is suppose to be a fun game to enjoy after a long day.

I agree with everything, But it’s probably worth noting that There’s nothing wrong with commissioning TRP profiles, as they aren’t an “in-game item”, They’re creative writing.
That said, get someone who can actually write if you want to pay someone to write your TRP
