sounds like you should stay away from guilds… or make your own so u can do the kicking of the people you don’t like because of their views on life.
So let me get this straight… you joined a social guild and then complained about people being social in it?
Perhaps it is you that needs to:
There are plenty of unsocial guilds out there who never talk to each other outside of the raid team/officer chat that I am sure you would find fit perfectly with your needs.

I didn’t say I didn’t liek their views I merely just asked for it to be put somewhere else I don’t join guilds to have talks about topics that can cause arguments or deviding.
sadly people are free to speak about what they like, if its in anyway violating the terms of usage of this game the best you can do is ignore them and report them.
telling them to silence themselves (nicely or not) will only reflect badly on yourself.
It is 2023 and you are still in a guild? What is the point to be in a guild? They will kick you if you do something they won’t like. It is their guild after all.

my last guild was the same tbh… i didnt really gel with the inner circle… so was made to be a outsider…
oddly enough a lot of them left and i was one of the last remaining in the end i got to know the GM a bit better to show i was a decent person… then i left too… felt good.

But would you say the same thing if someone was kicked for disagreeing with that topic because that was what they insinuated was the case like I don’t get why I’m being attacked for simply wanting people to get along without having topics that can possibly shake the foundations of a good social interaction.
I get its not my guild I understand that but making a dictatorship over whats right and wrong is far beyond the realm of what a social guild is and usually if someone doesn’t want certain topics brought up and say it in a way thats nice usually a normal decent human will understand as it could hit home and simply put it elsewhere but kicking me was just down right toxic behaviour.
This is quite hyprictical coming from someone who just wrote this whole first half of a comment.

that is what caused you the problem…
people talk about all kinds of horrible things in this game… just look at some of the other threads on this forums itself…
go to any of those and tell them to be quiet because you personally do not like it…
and see how they will respond to you.
it doesnt matter if what you were doing was morally right or not… they were always going to kick you if you spoke out against them.
it done you a favour.
do you really want to play with people like that??

I would’ve done the same tbh.
Obvious from that interaction alone that you wouldn’t get along.
Best to find a more like minded group or make your own guild, then you can dictate the conversations all you want.

Haven’t got both side so can’t really say much, probably for the best you got out sooner rather than later, though I do feel people in this forum are being super harsh for little to no reason.
I don’t know if your comment is really fair honestly saying its a you problem is pretty immature considering from what was said they were the ones throwing insults and insinuating, You could have had a good informative comment but you had to ruin it with the first 9 words…

Thanks Twiggz for the understanding at least and giving me a bit of advice and understanding, I wasn’t expecting people to agree with me but I least didnt want people to put my down like I was some monster thanks for being nice and kind with your words.

We have a true social guild that like the old days and is family friendly. Everyone is respectful and we just have fun.
But they are very hard to find these days.

A guild is a dictatorship in itself on its existence.
A word of advice: Stay away from arguing with people, especially a tight-knit group of players likewise guild inner circles. Consider yourself lucky if they just let you go. Always keep in mind that you are outnumbered by them.
Be extra careful while interacting with… strangers.
Stop using any in-game communication tool.
