Is it really?

In every guild i’ve been in people talk about their irl bulls**t. Seems pretty normal to me. Just mute the guild chat tab and it’s like it doesn’t exist.

Imagine just talking about wow all the time in guild and not asking after the real people and what makes them tick. It blows my mind.

Some people can do that sometimes warcraft can be someones pure pleasure and they can talk about it day and night stop trying to villianify someone because they don’t wish to talk about IRL things not everyone is you.

You have my seal of approval

Sad that you got kicked.

However hate when people dictate what others can talk about so don’t blame them either.

I think in the end its about finding like minded people, don’t be afraid to try many different guilds until you find an environment that you love to be in.

Just leave the guild and find one that fits your own thoughts and ideas, or make one yourself.

I mean, toxicity and bigotry will always stay a part of the internet overall. Even in humanity itself. Today it’s easy to put yourself in the echochamber you want Look for “Lgbtq friendly” ones, those rarely accept any form of bigotry or hatred.

Yet you did the same thing trying to discriminate people because they were talking about something YOU have problem with.

Come on you know very well it’s always the underdog fault, the forum rightfullness clique judged op guilty and so therefore he/she is.

How can you even doubt op attacked everyone instead of everyone that place included hitting on him/her ?

Everyone know well it is very fun to fight against an entire guild of people

Yea, sure, like-minded people. BUR Or, like-minded inner circle liches.

Do it if you are eager but remember: Guilds in their current state, are the institutions, that only feed 3, 5 or 10 people in the inner circle, nothing else. Every activity you do, every achievement you earn hard or easy, feeds the people in the guild’s inner circle.

As long as you log in and do any in-game activity, they will allow you to remain because you are feeding the liches. Still, if you do not log in for a week, they will immediately remember your existence and kick you because you are useless to them and their guild.

Did you ever consider leaving a guild if you self-play for more than a week? Do it. But remember, your one-week efforts still feed inner circle liches. If you will attempt some hard achievements, I am strictly recommending to stay away from a guild. If you even have Shard of Azzinoth in your bags, do not join a guild.

Let 3, 5 or 10 inner circle liches guilds with each other, until the outmoded guilds die once and for all.

That is just not true and is not always the case, its only been your personal experience. I have also seen the behaviour but its not all guilds.

I think the majority is great supportive positive guilds that are long lived and very sucessful are just not talked about on forums and online just because they don’t needs to they have everything they need and naturally attract like minded people.
Never a problem there is a drip feed of new people joining all the time also lots of active alts usually.

out of curiosity were there any rules in that guild that didn’t allow them to talk about the topics you warned them about?
because if I was a guildmaster and you were trying to telll people they’re not allowed to talk about a topic in the guild chat that I didn’t decide on, then I would probably whisper you to ask you to consider to start your own guild before promptly kicking you as well.

If you were just reminding them that the topic they were talking about was actually banned from that guilds chat by the GM and officers honestly idk why you got kicked.

I never experienced those days. Back in vanilla lots of rl stuff was discussed in the guild general chat too. And in the games I played before WoW as well. I don’t get why that’s a problem for you, honestly.

Maybe you could try and find some super strict RP guild, who only allow in-character chat in their general channel?

The fact the OP hasn’t even responded anymore just shows the bully mentality on the forums its unreal.

The forums i find don’t really represent the majority of players. Its a tiny sub set of people and most toxic. They moan and shout and cry and attack, but really its just out of boredom or attention.

The majority of players don’t engage with the forum especially the ones that enjoy the game. Thats why the forums are the worst place to engage with the community.

Or they were just blowing off steam.
