Deleted quest items

I deleted a Murloc Eye quest items (drops from en of Island Expeditions) from my inventory before i knew how valuable they were for the meta achievment. Now blizzard does not restore quest items and they won’t help in this issue. Have anyone any experience regarding this issue?

Can the Murloc Eye and other quest items from Island Expeditions drop again?

Quest starting items, they’re a “unique” drop that won’t drop again while in your bags, can drop again because your character quest ID hasn’t been flagged as being done.

So yeah it should drop again.

Depends on the GM that you get on other end.
