Hello.
I would like to delete the “WoW1” account from my battlenet. It is a starter edition account. The automated feature on battle.net does not work to do so.
Is there anyway you can do this for me?
You could try again later or make a manual ticket. As Support doesn’t assist directly over the forums or bypass the ticket queue.
How do i even make a ticket? the only option i get when ingame is the blizzard murloc directing me towards the page that doesnt work to delete
Hmm it does indeed seem the EU system is currently overloaded.
Make a ticket under this category, stating that you could not use the EU automated starter edition removal:

Make sure you quote the correct “WoW(number here) (EU)” edition if it’s for europe otherwise switch with US if you’re from the mailbox removal players. I just tried and could succesfully see my US starter edition after refreshing the page prior creating a ticket.

If it has never had gametime when that page works you should be able to delete it.
