Is this new toy, Delicate Ebony Parasol, a 1-time use?
It worked the first time, but now since then I always take fall damage.
It can be used while falling, that’s cool. That is what I infact did the first time I used it. I flew up and used it while falling from a great height.

yeah it says allowing you to safely float down the next time you fall. i think that wording means only the first time after using the item

I have an ebony parasol from Revendreth - it’s a multi use toy but has a 15 min CD I think
