Deluxe TBC Hearthstone - can I get the old Hearthstone back?

Hi,
If I buy the Deluxe TBC, can I still use the normal Hearthstone whenever I want?

How does the special hearthstone work exactly, if you delete it and speak to an Innkeeper, do you get the special one back or do you get the normal one back (and lost the special one forever) ?

You can choose what one you want to use but it puts both on cd it’s a seperate item

If you delete the special one, how do you get it back?

You get it from a quest from the inn keeper I’m not sure there is an item restoration in the help or if you can get another from booty bay I’m not actually sure

Are the toy, or the hearthstone, account wide?
( I can see the mount is account wide on some official page)

Also, will future character (not yet created) receive those too?

Yes it’s account wide

It seems you can get back the special items in case you delete them by talking to Landro Longshot
