Can anyone confirm if the cosmetics you get from Delves are theme-locked? So, does the candle hat only drop from kobold-themed delves and the mushroom cap only from fungal-themed delves?
Also, does the drop chance increase with higher tiers? A lot of mystery surrounds these hard-to-get and widely sought cosmetics. Quite annoying imo
I got the fish head from The Dread Pit.
I don´t know if I would call it confirmation per se, but all of the candleheads dropped for me in bountiful 8 Kriegval´s runs.

Hence I’ll never get the fish heads, because screw underwater delves to hell. 
I got one of the recolors of the candle hat from a Fungal folly, so I dont think they are restricted.
You know what makes any underwater delve into the easiest thing since farming wolves in Northshire?
A warlock that is capable of opening his spellbook. Between the 2 of you and your pets… Sinkhole +8, 6 minutes or less or your pizza is free… (oh, wait, wrong ad, sorry

Well, I’m not that bothered with it. I bought the version you can get from Mrgglton, and I don’t really care enough to actually farm the other variations.
The one thing I want is the Bronzebeard Hat. It’s on one of the mannequins in front of Mrgglton, but there’s no known source for it, afaik. Which is weird because the other items there are for sale.
I have it on good authority that the hat will be a hyperduper Rare drop (.0000000000001%) from Endboss Brann in the next raidtier, when he goes bonkers because dealing with us in delves on a daily basis again is the real hell
