I’ve been doing bountiful delves and received a map which then got me a 610 item. This item was Everburning Lantern, a trinket that says it only procs from ranged spells and abilities. This is true because I was only able to get it to stack by using Eye Beam which apparently counts as such. Other trinkets e.g. Eye of Skovald that also were somehow able to proc on DH were not possible to obtain (unless traded). This I think proves that it is a bug.
It feels really bad to be impaired by a bug on a raid release week when every ilvl counts.
