So what happened to getting one a week lol first toon got the underpin spawn and map… 2nd toon 6 delves later nothing. 3rd toon got his on the 6th delve and 2 more are the same as the 2nd toon 6 delves all bountiful key used and zero map.
It still RNG.
My one char got the map on 1st delve in the chest. Other took 5 delves to get it in a normal chest.
It’s RNG with drop protection… should get it typically within 5 runs.

There is an item you can buy with the delve coins and that can drop in the end chests that you can use to summon the Underpin. I am not at the computer and cant recall what it is called. The last two weeks I’ve had to use it on my main to get the bounty. It isn’t ideal, but it’s better than last season.
The RNG is bad. It should guaranteed drop within 4 delves imo.
Last week I did 8 and didn’t get it. This week I got an Underpin spawn in my first delve and got the map right away. It’s RNG but for this particular system it’s unfun RNG.
2k coins for a 1 off item? Is a no lol. And since they can’t be traded… how can a normal player even get this 
I had 6 drop the first week, I haven’t had to buy any. The ones that drop dont seem to be marked soulbound. I haven’t tried sending them to alts and they had an ah price against them last week so might be worth a look there in case they are tradable. Again, I haven’t checked. I agree they arent cheap with undercoins.
The scrambler 2000 are warbound. If you buy one, it automatically gets a 24 hour CD imposed. If you are in a group and someone uses one, then that character gets a 24 hour CD also. If you use one yourself, then all you alts gain a 24 hour CD.
I have no words other than disdain for this stupid CD approach. The game is gated enough without adding tedious things like this.
