I cannot buy Delver’s Dirigible Schematic: Lantern Wing. It is the first item unlocked to buy from Reno in Dornogal. However, I was able to buy the next one (Delver’s Dirigible Schematic: Exhaust), which was available after progressing further (past 2nd Tier in Delver’s Journal). I also bought the 3rd available. I’m still not able to purchase the Lantern Wing.
The tool tip says, “Unlocked by progressing the Season 1 Delver’s Journey.”
I removed all my add-ons and everything else to ensure I do not have issues with these. It does not change anything.
