I mean, i grouped with a friend yesterday and we played my key. Got 3 randoms and when the group was full we said we are in voice. We got all of them in voice. Ingame! And we did another key after that with the same group.
If you want to be social you have to be social yourself. Take action. Be responsible for your own experience.

I have absolutely no problem with delves and the loot. I have claimed that here multiple times.
And those nice social people i played with yesterday had no problem with a 63 minute grim batol with quite some boss-wipes.
I am sorry but you just want to bash M+ without any knowledge and experience. It is what it is.

Getting back to M+ so you blind invite ppl or do you check gear/enchantments and ratings before inviting, just curious.

I actually never check gear/enchants. A relatively OK ilvl for the key is enough for me.
They do seem to be all enchated/gemed and around the gear that drops? So maybe? lol. needing the gear level that drops isnāt the best thing its the whole gearscore matters rubbish lol. google loot drops are 613 so your team out geared it apart from the rogue overall item was on that.
Would you take ppl like 10lvl below so around 606 as then the gear would be upgrades the whole point of M+ higher tiers no?
and all but you and the tank are clearing the HC raids so not so much randoms off the street lol.

The group was not even 10 seconds up. We needed only a something to be able to skip the normal pack, so a hunter, mage, monk or rogue. There was a rogue and i took 2 others that were fast with applying. One of the warlocks had highest done an 8, but who cares. When someone had done up to 8 with 10 ilvl lower i have no reason to not invite him.
And it were definitely randoms. That they clear HC is all good for them i suppose? It is different content so it isnāt relevant anyway.
But you did start about the current problems about M+. It is harder scaled than previous expansions and it is actually really difficult to do +7-9. Ilvl isnāt saying much but 615 does not make it easy.
I donāt use IO addon or check gear and sometimes the people I invite blast so hard I look them up on the IO website and they are the alt of some giga blaster.
I canāt be bothered checking anything (not just in WoW) if I invite noobs and they blow up my key I just form a new group and try again.
If you list as tank (and I presume) healer so many people sign up itās impossible make an accurate judgement.

I agree this is the case. Especially when i group with my tank friend i can play for forever. The key just goes up and down. But we can play endless. 1 minute after finishing your key your next can be started. Except when you want to get a drink in between runs 
I am really not going to check people.
Anyway; I had a fun social evening yesterday in M+ with randoms on voice. People are allowed to assume it is all toxic. To me in reality it isnāt.

Thatās how itās always been for me, I only play tank.
If there is no healer about 2 million DPS sign up, if there is a healer 20 million DPS sign up.
I hate not making my own group because the keyholder usually takes forever getting people in. Iām generally forming a group in under a minute.

You think raids are harder than M+?
Ive done both raids in normal and up to HC. So i am entitled to an opnion and i would have to say that there is some truth to that stament but then it starts being wrong at a certain key in M+ where the difficuluty in raids, is dwarfed by the skill needed in keys.
Mythic raids not do count, as the overall majority of players do not raid mythc, ever.
But they also cannot be compared to be fair. They are their own entities with their own challenges and things to over come.
Once i got used to the HC raid boss environment i was able to predict what was coming and prepare due to doign it over and over. Its the same thing over and over when you wipe.
That cannot be said for M+ which by its nature changes. It is not predicable. The bosses with their abilities are but affixes and such are not. This makes high keys hard.

Mysticā¦ HC is the old normal modeā¦ and the fact you need atleast 5 other players makes raiding harderā¦ getting ppl to do things is the hardest part of raiding lol.
Yeah M+ is easier and no lockouts but constant whiningā¦
Delves are great.
I used to be a m+ player doing 20 to 22 for portals and vault i never cared about score i played m+ for the gear rewards in vault.
This expansion i just done enough for KSM to get the mount and now i do 8 delves for 3 x 616 reward in my vault.
Why the hell would i spend hours and hours in a m+ when i can get almost the same ilvl from my vault doing 8 delves in maybe 1h.
I used to raid hc and mythic aswell but i dont have time for it anymore i just make sure i get curve every time and thats it.
Definitely not. Thatās a very bad idea. lol
