So what do you want T9 to drop 609 ilvl a d still get a 616 from the vault? What would be the point?
I think the vault should help ease you into the next tier difficulty of content. Maybe a hot take i dont know.
While I wouldnt compare t8 delves to heroic raiding (which is why bountiful only awards normal raid level gear), i would compare the maps to BOE’s that you can trash farm if you so desire.
The bountiful loot is practically meaningless considering the vault. You can farm 616 at soft cap from doing just delves, hence my comparing it to HC raids. The content doesn’t justify the reward.
You get 1 per week from the vault guarenteed, Its hardly a farm. When someone says farm to me, i see repeatable content that you can do over and over to attain the rewards. M+ is farmable, I dont really consider delves hero gear farmable, unless you are considering maps. Which in all honesty, if you really want to bash your head against that wall for maps then all the power to you.
Doing content every week to get gear is farming. What do you even mean?
Like I said in a previous post my main is 612ilvl from just farming delves. I only stopped playing because I think this patch is so garbage I dont even want to log on. But if I continued playing I have zero doubt I would be 616ilvl at minimum. By farming easy content 8n relation to HC raiding.
Im not gonna get into a semantics arguement over the perceptional meaning of farming. Like i said in my original reply, the vault should be a stepping stone to the next tier difficulty IMO.
Imagine raiding where you had normal and then mythic (no heroic) in terms of difficulty. That is what alot of delve players (not me or you) feel like the difficulty would be like. Without that hero loot once per week they have nothing to work towards to ease their progression into zekvir ?? Or higher delves. It would no longer be an endgame pillar and more of a stepping stone into the endgame pillars. Much like WQ, heroic dungeons and m0s are at the start of an expac

My argument is that rewarding same lvl gear as HC raiding by doing simple simon lvl content is wrong and practically eliminates any neef to do said HC raids.
No wonder real problems never get fixed with multiple eejits spamming bug reports that amount to “I can’t read”.
Are you kidding me? Have you seen the trinkets, weapons, unique necklaces/rings/cloaks and sets specifically that only drop from the raid? Had you said it would eliminate lower m+ I would agree with you, but eliminating heroic raids… man that is some serious blinders on there

I know, but for most players getting more power is alluring.
If there had been higher rewards in higher levels, I would likely have tried them.
But right now I’ll likely never do anything level 9 and up. There’s just no reason to.
It’s not wrong. You can do the type of content you enjoy doing.
I will not do raids (besides LFR) and I will not do M+. No matter what they reward.
That’s not any different than you just choosing to not do delves, because you enjoy raiding (for instance).
You are never forced. No matter how much some people like to use that term.
Nor do I, but you told me to drop it, when all you needed to do was not respond in the first place, now you are giving something to respond which defeats your whole purpose of wanting to drop it in the first place.
I never said anyone should be forced to do this or that, but that Delves are faceroll in comparison to HC raids, hence the gear should not reward the same level. Whats the point doing harder content when you can do something that easy? I am not even a raider anymore. I am not trying to defend raiding over Delves. It just doesn’t compare in skill level so the rewards should not be the same.
