So I completed eight bountifull delves on my dk and go two maps so ten items in total. One weapon one trinket one chest and seven cloaks. On my shaman similar situation just with six cloaks.
Am I unlucky or delves give too many cloaks compared to other pieces?

I do hear a lot of people getting a lot of cloaks. I personally with about 15 bountiful delves and 2 maps still no cloak.
I’ve had a variety of drops but have had some duplicates ofc.
My main has had
3 cloaks
3 trinkets
1 ring
1 helm
1 belt
1 2hand weapon
1 bracer
0 maps
This isn’t as bad as when you get duplicates from the vault each week, when it’s the only upgrade source in the game, then it’s worth getting mad over. These delve upgrades are very temporary pieces.

I’ve got 1 pants, a couple trinkets, bracers, but no weapons whatsoever. I was starting to think delves only dropped armor and trinkets.
If you got 7 cloaks, that’s some seriously bad luck. I hope at least one was good lol.
It’s just RNG, my 2nd Warrior is actually better geared than my main at the moment from much less effort, it has 2 set and 2x 603 weapons/trinkets. One of the weapons “Befouler’s Syringe” has no primary stats but has 1700 haste + a dot that does legit incredible damage, think legendary weapon from DF good.
For me its trinkets and then cloaks
Cloaks/belts/boots so far.
I’ve gotten 7 cloaks and 5 trinkets so far, very odd to have so many duplicates in a mode that’s supposed to be capped at 4 a week excluding echoes.
Tons of cloaks and trinkets in the early days.
My alt is item level 604 while my prot paladin is 600 and my prot paladin main is 602, i am not even playing demo warlock that much.
I’ve looted a unhealthy amount of cloaks as well. So sad.
In the 8 that I did, I think I got mostly trinkets and a pair of boots.
