Since yesterday or patch 11.2.0.62438 my delves have 2 issues:
- The delves do not activate a quest. The yellow paper is not clickable.
- I can change Bran’s role, but his utilities do not appear.

Curios got reset and you can get new curios by doing delves.
Utilities got reset and you have to collect them again, same as last patch
Im may be speaking of different thing here.
Yes, all the curios and stuff got reset. Thats normal. Yet, by now on a few characters I have done delves and collected new ones. Until today as I came in with next alt, the box where you select curios and stuff did work, but now it doesnt.
The UI is all over the place. I think I can still select curios, but they dont become enabled. Im not sure any of them actually work. If this is bugged brann also might be stuck on “no spec”.
The same thing happened last season start too and got fixed when it actually started.
edit: Yeah, with UI all over the place, even if the button can be clicked, I cant make brann be any spec. That is, i dont get heals. Wonderful.
edit2: I dont know if it is just my priest alt, but all charactes I have done delves until now have that UI part working. On priest I cant select anything and the UI, as said, is all over the place.
I just checked other characters that I have not used yet. So far this appears only on my priest alt.
edit3: I did relog a few times with the priest to see if it would go away. After a few it did not, but now it is. So i guess this might be fixable by relogging a few times or something.
