I just have a quick question about Delves.
My brother told me yesterday, that the rewards are same from T8 and above. Which was new to me, had to make sure if it’s true and surely it seems based on what i managed to read on Wowhead, that it’s true.
T8+ is ilvl603 gear with 616 in Great Vault and same champ/hero upgrades.
So my question is, am i missing something?
Or is there no point of doing Delves above tier 8?

Correct and there’s no point doing them above tier 8 other then the achievements.
And the only one is the “Delver of Depths” right? I have the #IV right now, which means completing tier 11 in all Delves.
That’s a pity. But i’m glad i found out at least now that it’s not necessary to push further tiers.
I wonder if in future this will be changed and the reward system will be similar to m+ for example.
Yeah, apart from going after the purple zeppelin there is really no need to go above T8. Just spam a couple of those and you’ll get decent loot and you 616 vault item on reset.
If you’re just doing it for the reward? No, there isn’t.
If you like a tougher challenge; have at it.
It feels like rewards from Delves were capped at the last minute to prevent players gearing up too far without M+ or Raid. My main is almost 619, and I stopped doing Delves a few weeks ago as I’m bored of doing same content over and over for zero useful reward. I can get vault crest tokens from any old content. If I could get the next level of crests from t11 Delves I’d keep doing them.
It’s way better to upgrade the champion gear to 619 rather than getting the hero gear that it also upgrade to 619 ( since you won’t get that gilded crest to upgrade the the hero to 626 ilvl ) .
Also getting from the vault the 45 runed crests= is a win over a hero piece of gear .
Doing plenty of delves 5 to 8 you get plenty of champion quality gear with the perfect stats while the vault… ( i reached 8k vers from the hero items and right now i’m switching with champion due the stats )
The screen that pops where you select the tier also says what level of gear you’ll get from the chests if you mouse over the icons. Handy when gearing up alts to see whether or not it’s worth going a tier higher.
