Frenchspeaking people (so not only France) have 4 of them. As you may see the stats here above, no new player can create a new caracter on the only PvE server there is.
So with the over population and the fact that’s the only one we have, I think it’s legitimate to have a new one

Yes, we need a new PVE (RP-PVe will be prefered) server. Please listen to us.
I’m a Most Valuable Poster from French-speaking community. I hope you’re doing all well.
The situations of French-speaking Classic Realms aren’t good at all. Half of these are locked. As Op said, we can’t transfer character from PVE realm to PVP realms. The only PVE realm is locked. We can’t create a character.
We have no Role Play realm. For RP, we have to go on English-speaking realm.
I know by the Blue/GM that Activision-Blizzard don’t think opening another realm for French-speaking is necessary. Actually we have to thank German players. Because they wanted German Classic realms so bad, Blizzard created our French-speaking realms.
If Activision-Blizzard don’t want to make a specific RP realm for French-speaking players for reasons, we are ok with it as long as they create another PVE REALM for us.

You guys may have more luck posting this on the US forums. The EU forums seem to be mostly abandoned by Blizzard staff, nowadays they only post in random threads about girls not being able to keep up with their boyfriends in wow.

But I still believe …how naive…I know… that they do read, but some french related thing must have pissed off someone inside Blizzard US quarters…and we pay the price unfortunately.
We heard, our plea was “on the table” for one second……yeah that long… just enough time to say “NO” to RP-PVE realm for french speaking community.
Also, why bother giving us EU/FR forum if they don’t use them?
We shouldn’t have to create an “extra special account” to communicate with them 
, those forum were created for that purpose: a link between us and them.
Anyway, this is really disturbing…even more when I see like you what kind of topic interest our “supposed to be”…community managers…
