  • Guillotine places Felstorm and Demonic Strength on cooldown for 8 seconds.

I think that this is because they seem to be available when the felguard is busy casting one of them. If the cd they re talking about starts as soon as you press the button then it checks out. You cant use one anyway until the other finishes.

I know id put Guillotine down or Demonic Strenght and then be too busy to constantly check if it finished. Now ill see it more clearly.

They could have elaborated on this change as it is a confusing read.

…You can’t actually stack these abilities anyway. This was the single change that’s more due to QoL and has nothing to do with balancing since it makes players unable to accidentally cancel felstorm with guillotine.

Ye its not a nerf. Lol it prevents you putting these abilities on CD without effect due to overlap.

Litterally says in dev notes this doesnt Have any effdct on demos throughput.

Devs for god’s sake help demo a bit…remove rng talents and spells, make demonbolt instant with 3-4 stacks 5-6 sec CD like conflagrate works, make doom tick every second and buff it so it does something and maybe summon a weak doomguard at the end or imp wtver, make soul strike remove roots and make its CD scale with haste …these simple things for a start would help a lot the spec on pvp atleast.you can’t make the lock hardcast shadowbolts that do like what 7k dmg?while trained by 2 melees and a healer having total 3 kicks…and tyrant and nether portal sucks…give us talents that boost more our pets dmg even more. In single target I don’t think there is worse spec in pvp atm…
