Season 3 is active now, why would someone would vote for it if they can farm it now?

You know that you can transmog the S1 or S2 set over the S3 set if it would win, you still have a choice. And for those that will say that they have not completed their sets: You can still complete it through Storm gear or Dreambound gear and use the catalyst.
