For several days now I am missing and then gaining base 10% parry on my Vengeance demon hunter. I have the same items, no buffs, no skills used, WM off, standing in the same place with no players in range, and one day I have 19% parry, and on another day 29% parry.
Sometimes it even flickers between 19% and 29% when I’m doing completely nothing.
Any ideas?
