Will do. My Warlock on retail (which was made during vanilla), her imp is named “Gobham” and her succubus, “Aeznia”. I don’t remember what the Voidy was called because I’ve used the glyph to change it to a Void Lord, and the name gets changed, too.

Aeznia is a pretty neat name, every succubus seem to be getting more “normal” names if you will. Which i guess would make sense as she is the most human of the four.

my main is a warlock! her imp’s name is Gakrot, but we always call him kakarot because of the phonetic resemblance, haha. i cant even pronounce my voidwalker’s name

I like my Imp and Succubus names the most, which is good because they are the only ones I use 
Met a warlock in a Deadmines run who had an imp named Karrot, one of the cooler names I’ve seen.
My (classic warlocks) imp is called Garrot. When i first got it, i read “Carrot” and was like “wut”.

While a neat topic, if I remember correctly you can pay Gold to give your demonic besties (seriously, a Hunter’s pet get’s irrate about dying, our Demons just take it in stride) another name at the Demon Trainer.
Could be wrong though.
On retail you can, altough new name is random as well. I dont think you can do it is classic (alltough i could be wrong).
They always have been the same. There was, however, one time when Blizzard did something with warlocks that changed demon names people had. They were first going to leave it like that but they had to fix it because warlocks got so mad losing their long time companions. Maybe someone remembers what year that happened, i just remember i was really shocked when it happened and then really happy to get my original demons back.
There was a way of changing your demons name back in vanilla, something about the way you dismiss them iirc, you got a new random name next time you summoned them. I remember cycling through a few imp & voidy names till I had what I liked but my Succubus was Hellena, perfect first time
