So I don’t often come across many of these guys as it’s mostly Destro with the meta. However I did face one last night in wpvp and it was more of a struggle then I wanted to be. The demonic tyrant’s demonfire hit pretty hard but is there any reliable ways to neuter their offence? Any tips you may know?

Really a momentum based fight more so than destro imo, the more uptime the more pets. The better lock down you have, the more chances at keeping them locked out of the fight.
With most casters I generally like to open garrote into cheap shot so I can save a DR’d kidney at minimum for any casts they might use through wall as an example rather than exchanging blind, if you can translate that to shaman terms I’m sure it’ll help
