Basically the title. Like 99% of m+ runs are run with demonic appetite. Why is this better than blind fury, and is it only good for high m+ (15 and up)?
In combination with eyes of rage trait => more eye beams, more demonic windows = more death sweeps, more annihilations.
Because of this you get better single target or AoE damage from this talent. Also you gain more than 120 fury per 30 seconds from demonic appetite with avarage RNG.

I’m using this build as both single target and multi target (because I’m bad at switching), and so far this setup gave me a roughly +4k dps increase on average over the usual blind fury build. On top of that, I’ve started using Lucid Dreams with Seething Power, which seem to sync rather well. Not sure if it ends up being top DPS at all times, but I do like it. Checking stats vs others, I have massive overhealing (and self healing) cause of souls, and I have roughly 3~4x more fury generation compared to other DH if I remember correctly.
