This talent should just be 100 % proc to be honest.
Like why is it just 20 %? When you take this talent it’s also for gameplay/rotational purposes it’s not just good damage, and sometimes it just will not proc. And it’s really annoying.

That wouldn’t help so much, because there is no cd reset in that Talent.
There actually is a talent that gives your shadow bolt/demonbolt a chance to reset dreadstalker.
But aside that, this comment is frankly pointless, no offense.
The original point was that sometimes this just won’t proc, and your response if basically: nuh huh It always procs that’s why making it 100 % wouldn’t help much.
Yea except you’re wrong.
Sure it doesn’t happen a lot of times, but it still happens enough for it to be annoying. Why even make a counterpoint against this? Do you not want demo rotation to be further smoothed out?

I wanted to have all summons instant, I’m saying this since Legion beta.
But blizzard don’t listen to me.
I mean we are supposed to be master summoner, but i don’t feel like a master summoner. When i need to cast a lot.

It is smooth, even with only 1 point in DC. 9 times out of ten, it’s up exactly when you really need it as you’re building a tyrant
