Demonic Embrace no longer gains 10% additional stamina in PvP

I’m a little bit confused, I do understand that tuning some talents and skills should take place and I’m generaly happy with frequent changes so far this expansion.
However…Demonic Embrace does only this: increase stamina by 10%, so they actually offer you to choose talent that does NOTHING. At least move somewhere to the side so it is not on the way

In PvP Embace gives you 20% of stamina.
