Hey, ive noticed there something wrong with Skull of Thal’kiel, you cannot mog it like other artifacts, for example, i was running with staff, on my demo lock, and couldnt mog it to legion artifact, so i presumed, i must have 1h and OH to mog it, but when i finally get those pieces, i couldnt mog it either. Is this should work like that? Does Blizzard knows about this bug?

Yeah, there is something wrong with it. I could mog my staff, but when I got a higher ilvl upgrade of the same staff, it wouldn’t work.
I’ve read somewhere that it happened after one of the patches, prolly shadowlands launch patch. I hope blizz knows about it, and we get fix soon, but for a such big problem (in my opinion at least) we dont hear much about it. EVERYONE WHO READS THIS, BUMP THIS TOPIC SO IT GETS POPULAR AND BLIZZ WOULD DO SOMETHING hopefully
In the grand scheme of things, it’s really not that important. It’s not as if you aren’t swamped with hundreds of alternatives. There are far more important things that need to be fixed.

People play WoW for different reasons, if one of those is mogs, then it’s as important to them as spec issues are to you. We all pay the same subscription fee and whatever reason you play it’s all valid.

After one of the last patches, it started to work for me. Dont know what was causing this, i was also corresponding with GMs but they werent aware of the problem.
