Hi, i would like to retake my warlock demonology and i like too much the honor talent " Pleasure throught pain" in pvp. Does anyone know if a build around succubus is possible ? If yes, does it work good (just viable or enought is fine for me) ?
Well build is viable, but you must understand what spells does Succubus buff trough her talent.
- She buff herself - lash of pain.
- Shadow/demon bolt.
- Hand of Gul’dan.
- Implosion.
- Bilescourge bombers (talent).
- Umbral blaze (azerite talent).
- Tentacle from the corrupted gear.
She does not increase damage of your
- Tyrant - even if Tyrant damage spell is shadowfire.
- Dreadlash (talent 1tier).
- Corrupted effects that deal %of your health as damage.
- Dreadstalker’s dreadbite - their jump ability.
AH ok so she’s good for PvP aoe but not for 1 target shutdown… Well i gonna wait shadowland.

She is good for ST, because her lash of pain can hit really hard, and since she reduces cast time of SB for 0.5 seconds, burst rotation with her becames incredably fluid and faster.
But Succubus requires a bit diffirent play style then Felguard, because FG could be mobile, and put a lot of cleave pressure. But Felguard has his shortcomings like “axe toss” - stun ability has a slow travel time speed, so if you use that on target, that stands far away from FG (30yd max) then axe would require 1-2.5 seconds to reach it’s target, same goes for a targets that run fast ~faster then 140%.
So i would suggest you to try it out for yourself. I has played with Shivarra/Succubus since TBC, and despite the fact that i can play with FG, but i just preffer to Shivarra as my main, for CC and ST damage output.
You can run the shadow bite build with pleasure talent, its very gimmicky as its only real source of damage will be your empowered demon bolts.
it’s actually a terrible build because if the enemies can play your pet will be dying every few seconds and you have to resummon since succubus is squishy as !*(#$# even in bgs it’s bad because of soul link a few people put dots on you even if you don’t send her to attack anyone she’s a goner lmao blizzard are actually impaired or something
