Is tyrant reduced cd talent worth if you cant spam HOGuldan due to interrupts/cc? How many seconds off the tyrant cd do you shave off in an average game?

i personally dont use tyrant cd reduction talent because tyrant is doing big burst damage with all the pets out so i prefer it to be normal cd & big dam than short cd & low dam
