You have to remove this “Deserter buff” when you get kicked from a dungeon. It’s crazy that you have to be punished extra hard, on top of being kicked.
I’ve just been in a timewalking dungeon where I was tanking and I know very well how to tank, I’ve done Keystone master many times as a tank, but this was a timewalking dungeon where I was tanking and the healer was slacking like hell, he followed the group but didn’t heal at all. It ended with me dying during a boss fight and they didn’t want to combat ress me, nor normal ress afterwards. They would rather kick me because I died, even though it was the healer who was afk?! WTF remove that stupid deserter buff, it’s not okay to waste my and everyone else’s time like that.
I didnt do ANYTHING wrong, I said nothing and tanked like normal, but Now I gotta wait 30 minutes to continue?! Because of some idiots who thought it was fun to kick somebody out of the blue?
I’ve also heard from many others that I’m not alone in thinking it’s a stupid design! FIX IT
“Just remove it” The darkest times will come back again
“Reduced cooldowns stacking upwards” so that if you aren’t kicked often, it starts with a minor debuff.
“Reduced cooldowns, stacking downwards” so if you’re in a “good” party, then when they surprisepikachu kick you at the end the cooldown is lower.
“Warning before Debuff” - When you get removed from dungeon you get a Warning but allows you to requeue, if you get kicked again you get debuffed on subsequent leaves.
“Add reporting for kicking” - This is akin FF where they investigate if someone is really, really using votekick so often and gets reported for it that often as well. WoW used to do this.

I totally agree. It’s horrible, when people randomly decide to troll you just because. . .
I am a pretty calm player and rarely get into arguments, so getting kicked for no reason for simply playing and sometimes even carrying the dungeon is just unfair and stupid.
The most anoying case of this, that i remember was, when i got kicked at the end of an extremly long dungeon right before the last boss for saying “cmon guys, focus” or something like this, after both the healer and the dps who kicked me (and then proceeded mocked me in whispers) died nonstop during mechanics on timewalking. I did absolutely nothing wrong there, the team even went to me to harass me further, but i was the one to get the 30 minute deserter debuff.
