Despite a fresh installation, I've still some buggish console command running, how to erase them?

I’ve played at the beginning of Battle for Azeroth, using some script by chat to modify some things like max view distance for nameplates and to avoid overlapping nameplates, to have a better vision in arena (I’m referring the ones you write in in game chat like “/script” “CVar” etc). Issue was they always been buggish outside arena: nameplates was floating around too much on stacked mobs, messing hard, like I’ve had nameplates of enemies far away prioritized despite having mobs near me. It bothered, but playing mainly pvp I was ok (but God forbid if I meet a unholy dk, that would be nameplates dance as its finest).

I’ve relogged a week ago (after a year and an half, and uninstall/fresh install later, and seems those commands are still persistent. This time I’m playing more pve with IRL friends, and in mythic I’ve an hard time sometimes to target something cause his nameplates is dancing between others in melee range… but in reality the mov is like 40 yards away!

How I can totally restart my game to clean everything? Despite a fresh installation after so long, I’ve exactly the same issue, how do I nuke those commands away?

Nb: of course I’ve tried the stocked options “overlapping nameplates” on and off, no changes.

System message say I don’t have permission to do that

Resetting your UI to default settings can resolve various display and interface issues. Before performing these steps, please temporarily uninstall any addon management software you are using. Addon managers will re-sync the data cleared by these steps.

Completely exit World of Warcraft.
Uninstall any addon managers to make sure they don't re-add your removed addons.
In the Blizzard Battle.net desktop application, click Options and select Show in Explorer (Windows®) or Reveal in Finder (Mac®).
Open the World of Warcraft® folder.
Open the folder for the game version you're troubleshooting (_retail_ or _classic_)
Rename the Cache, Interface, and WTF folders to CacheOld, InterfaceOld, and WTFOld.
Re-launch World of Warcraft so the changes can take effect.

Yeah that message will always appear but it still resets all your cvars nevertheless
