Last time I enjoyed playing destro lock was in MoP, looking at BFA changes im feeling exited to play destro again from years of no gameplay! Havent tested BFA yet tho, so it will remain to be seen.
Seems like in overall destro is getting its utility and versatility back, the gameplay will be much more interesting and fun im guessing :) More like it was back in MoP.

Seems like the destro could work out to be something like building up soul shards to blast of fatty chaos bolts in cc chain again. The utility seems to be back too.
Analyzing the build:
Tier 1 (Flashover) just to build up haste stacks for few fatty bolts on ccd target, or faster shard generation via incinerates.
Tier 2 (shadowburn) gives nice mobility/utility instant dmg skill to use when kiting other than conflag.
TIer 3 (dark pact) Just survival cds/talents I suppose.
Tier 4 (cataclysm) Could be quite nice dmg and shard generation in bgs especially. Gottta pick some aoe anyways there.
Tier 5 (Mortal coil) is a nice survival/cc/kiting tool especially now paired with baseline shadowfury! Port could work nice too.
Tier 6 (grimoire of sacrifice) It now gets the sacrified demons active ablility back again! This is quite huge improvement on utility on those who dont like to manage pets. For example in MoP sacrificing voidwalker gave survival cds, felhunter spell lock, etc. Will have to see what the active abilities end up to be but thinking like disarm from voidwalker could be nice for example.
TIer 7 (Dark soul: instability) Nice dmg boost cd for those fatty chaos bolts! prolly will bring back those 2 shot bolts paired with focused chaos :O
Love the honor talent changes that you can pick any of them, gives more option for builds. For example do you want to reflect spells, melee dmg reduction curses to facetank or maybe go with the cloflag root to keep them at bay and kite? Options definetly are there I think.
What do you guys think about destro so far in BFA? Im feeling like it could make a comeback with nice chaos bolts that hurt again with nice utility options in pvp.
I think destro is going to be the best class in the game when BfA hits.
Destro is the best warlock arena spec already...

you are a fotm reroler, u didnt do anything in legion on the char and now u are demo cuz u saw its good on youtube for bfa
Destro is already good. I enjoy it on the same level as Affli if not more.
looking at the list of abilities and changes, it looks good for PvE... PvP it's a whole another story, where all your advantages will be insignificant compared to other classes.
It already got nerfed to the ground, forget about it.

we got way to little mobility for pvp in arena ok thats teamwork but wpvp 1vs1 no way
What are you talking about? All warlock specs are good for Arenas.
Btw i don't see any arena progress (in current season at least) of all experts that are typing here xD . So fun to read such comment from people, that didn't even play arena this season, lol
