So I was messing around and finally for the first time after the introduction of cast AT target RoF talent choice, I picked it up to see how it plays out. Playing with this makes you lose some Rains as you travel in the dungeon before entering combat, so generally it’s not really good, because you can’t cast any to build up stacks for ritual here and there as m+ goes. But thats not my problem(it’s just bad talent and Im not going to use that). I want to report a bug that has interaction with (mini) infernal from rain of chaos talent. Say I put infernal on top of a pack of mobs, tanks pull it away 5-10 yards. I spam rain of fire with that new talent and it will spawn the mini infernals in the spot where I put my initial Infernal, then they will try to run to the pack as they quickly expire. Aka 2-3 seconds lost before they reach their target.
I think it is not supposed to work like that.
