Every game lock is a target. To cast this chaos bolt he need to fake millions kicks, waite immunity, reflect, stuns and survive and only then he can cast 1 chaos bolt.
If you as a melee can’t kill lock, you are super big noob

And you cannot be interrupted + have CC on almost every DR besides Fear (or even with it if you count Scare Beast), 2 more walls and 3x spells to remove Snares. Do I have to add that none of these CCs are casted but instant.
